I get busy the Chzhun Yuan Tsygun – the ancient Chinese art of making health and self-regulation. It is a special way of thinking, method of energy-information intercourse with outward things and with all Universe. Purpose of my practice is understand, what Life is. Practice is a way which helps me to open eyes wider, to see things and all Earth outward me under different corners and from different points of view, rather than just by usual appearance. One of the most favorite domestic fascinations is to conduct violets, but of course on the first place stands intercourse and development of my child.
